the news for the Major Partner accounts to 26% for the case of india 
 
in that case a minor partner can solve the issue. 
 
The Trai news will certainly certify the fact . 
 
Worldcpace is 74 % + Minor 26% 
 
So the views or comments in the rapid news are baseless.
