Dr Paul Entwistle, Chief Technologist (Intellectual Property), Pace
With over 10 years payTV experience at Pace Micro Technology and a responsibility for intellectual property, Paul remains passionately involved in the evolution of the personal video recorder (PVR) and the technologies that will enable it.
From designing set-top-boxes for mass production through to advanced technology pioneering PVR in the late 90s and on to the connected home and triple-play, working with both networking and VoIP technologies. Paul is a technologist that believes simplicity is mandatory.
He has a growing portfolio of granted patents and a doctorate in parallel processing from the University of Wales.

Huw Price-Stephens, Director of Marketing and Strategic Business Development, Amino
Huw has been a pioneer and evangelist in IPTV for over 10 years, and today draws on this experience in managing Amino’s key partner relationships in EMEA. Previously Huw was the EMEA Technical Director for Kasenna, after a period as a consultant specializing in IPTV infrastructure and applications.
For several years from 1996 Huw was the CTO of Yes Television, the first true IPTV middleware developer. A regular speaker and writer on various aspects of IPTV, Huw holds a BSc in Mathematics from Imperial College, London.

Ian Valentine, President & Founder, Miniweb
Ian has 19 years of technical systems design, engineering and deployment experience, and has spent the last 11 years in the Digital Media and Television industries. He is a well known interactive TV visionary, and has advised the UK and European governments on interactive TV standards and currently serves on the DVB's IPTV sub-group on interactive TV technology. Ian led the MBO creating Miniweb from his department at Sky.
Prior to founding Miniweb he served 4 years as Technical Alliances Director of Sky New Media, and a member of BSkyB's R&D steering committee. Prior to working full time for Sky, Ian was co-founder (with Patrick Sansom) and COO of Waptv, the company which Sky acquired to originally develop the wTVML microbrowser technology.
Between 1993 and founding his browser business, Ian was GT-X Product Manager with Graham Technology, and was the originator of the GT-X CRM system, which is widely deployed on a global basis.
Ian was responsible for the international development of his CRM product, growing Graham Technology on the back of his product's success from 30 to 220 staff in 6 international locations. BSc (Hons) Electronic & Information Engineering, Dipl.Eng.

José Luis Vázquez, CEO, Mirada
José has a Master in Business Administration (IESE) and Advanced Telecommunications Engineering Degree (UPM). He started his professional career in the field of interactive media; collaborating in the launch of Montejava, a pioneering company delivering web services in Spain. His interest in innovative projects continued while he was Network Information Systems Manager during the launch of the cable network Madritel (now Ono) and at Infoglobal where he was Manager in high-speed IP communications through satellite and LMDS.
He founded Fresh in 2000, which became leader in the Interactive Television sector in Spain in less than one year. Thanks to the international expansion of the company, Fresh became an international reference in the field of products and advanced services for Digital Interactive TV. In February 2008 his company merged with the UK public company Yoomedia PLC, creating Mirada PLC (LSE:MIRA), which he his leading now.
Mirada is a leading European provider of cross-platform interactive products with offices in London, Exeter, Madrid and Milan serving markets across the world.
Jose is an authority on the Interactive Digital Media industry in the Hispanic markets, chairing several Digital TV conferences, and taking an active role on Spanish Industry bodies like AETIC, ASIMELEC or eNEM.
José Luis has been married for ten years and has four children.
